Our Philosophy

We do not take pride in having the cheapest pups.  We take pride in how we treat our puppies and adult dogs. Our litters are raised in our home as part of our family. Being an in-home breeder means that our Cavapoo puppies get lots of interaction with us as we go about our daily business. They get lots of attention from our older dogs.  They get used to "life."  Our puppies are not crated.  They are in a whelping box when younger and then transition into a bigger play area when they get older.  In both set-ups, the pups have enough space to explore, play, "waddle," and eventually, run.  Our pups don't have paws on the ground until they are at your house...to keep them safe and unexposed. Our older dogs are inside but enjoy playtime in our fenced-in backyard and golf cart rides!

Our prices vary according to differing factors:  markings, color, etc. 

Our company feels privileged to offer a 5% discount to pastors, teachers, police officers, firefighters, and military servants, past and present!  Thank you for your service! 

We require a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE, but transferable, deposit to reserve your pup. When a deposit is made, it is good for one litter at a time.  You can pick from more than one litter, but you have to pass on the first litter, move to the second litter, and so on.  The order of the deposits determines the picking order.  Choices are required to be made promptly.  Payment in full is due when the pup is eight weeks old...even if the dog is being boarded.  Boarding fees are due upon pickup.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell a pup to any home or to return a deposit without the sale of a pup at our sole discretion.

Our pups are up-to-date on their veterinary needs up until adoption. Vet references are available. 

We have specifically chosen to be eco-conscious with our products for our puppies, mothers, and sires. This goes beyond the products used on our puppies. We ensure the products we use and our processes are with the environment in mind because our dogs live inside and outside our home. We take this very seriously!

Microchipping is available for an additional $60.  This fee includes a lifetime registration.  Your information is not sold to third-party companies.  The registration is completed by Sweet Tea & Puppy Breath for you.  We also add ourselves as the breeder contact for a backup in case you are unreachable.   

 We accept Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, and cash.  We do not accept checks, money orders, or cashier checks. (Any fees are paid by the Buyer)

Delivery options are available depending on distance and situation. We price accordingly, on a per case scenario basis.

Once your deposit is secured, we send pictures and videos until the pup is ready for its new home.  We answer any questions and concerns you may have. 

Overall, we do our best to make your experience exciting and worry-free.  If you have a name already picked out, we begin using that name for your pup early on. Honestly, we get more excited about your new purchase than you can imagine! Seeing our clients fall in love with our pups is the best part of this job!

We provide your pup's vet records and a Sweet Tea & Puppy Breath goody bag when you get your pup.

We allow puppy visits as long as potential owners agree to use hand sanitizer before handling the pups. We also disinfect the bottoms of the shoes before entry. Out of respect for our clients, we do not allow the handling of pups that have already been spoken for. 

No, we do not sell breeding rights. All sales include an agreement to have your puppy spayed or neutered at the appropriate time. 

The best practice we have found to assure potential parents (that are not able to visit) that we are not scammers is to video/video call with YOUR name, date, and time written on a piece of paper while showing the pup. 

If, for any reason, you cannot keep your puppy, we will take the pup back if you get it vet-checked and approved to be back around our other dogs.  We will not pay for the pup, but will be an avenue to help you and your puppy in an emergency. Our pups' well-being is our top priority.
